On May 26th, a colt was born by Kannan out of our Heartbreaker-mare Heartbeat Z. The large chestnut foal boasts a lot of white and was named Orientis Eickenrode. Orientis is Latin for sunrise, referring to the time this foal was born.
July 2024, Orientis Eickenrode made his international debut at CH De Wolden. Thanks to two solid rounds he qualified for the Youngster Tour final for 5-year-olds, in which he jumped a double clear and was awarded the 5th prize.
At the KWPN Championships, Orientis secured a coveted ticket to the World Breeding Championships for Young Horses in Lanaken. Here, he performed two impressive clear rounds.
