Debutante Fortuna gave birth to a filly by Drummer TN this season. This sharp, athletic filly was named Volentia, Latin for ‘will, volition, inclination’.
Dam Debutante Fortuna (v.Vingino) is a ster D-OC mare that obtained 85 points for jumping at the KWPN mare inspections. She already produced the international 1.45m approved stallion Imnotafraid Fortuna of Liam O’Meara (IRL) and our young talent Parcae Eickenrode. The mare is a half-sister of five international showjumpers, including WC-Lanaken contestant Iscolavsco Fortuna and Go To Fortuna (v.Eldorado vd Zeshoek) 1.50m of Bertram Allen. One generation further we find the 1.60m Grand Prix horses Bulavsco (v. Verdi), successful under Sanne and Leon Thijssen, and Queen Jane (v. Colman) of TJ O’Mara/McLain Ward.
