Icelos Eickenrode 9th at Jumping Amsterdam

At the Diamond Edition of Jumping Amsterdam, Knegt’s Icelos Eickenrode made an appearance in the 1.20m class with his rider Journey van Eerd. The combination obtained a ticket to this prestigious event earlier this winter. A lovely clear round and solid jump-off in the impressive surrounding is quite an accomplishment for the youthful rider and only six year old Icelos. The result was an honourable 9th position in a strong and large field of competitors. 

We bred Icelos out of Dakar VDL and our mare Eline H (Indoctro x Corrado I). As a foal he received an invitation for the National Foal Championships in Ermelo and he was selected for the Dutch Top Foals auction, where he was acquired by family Van Eerd.
